Below is what I hope a low-carb homage to the Hokkaido milk tea I tried last week.
2 liters of water to boil
5 tea bags of Assam tea (ie. English or Irish breakfast tea)
One handful of oolong (optional but I like the depth it brings)
Boil above for 15-20 minutes or till the tea…
The Hokkaido Milk Tea was really tasty…
